1. General Betting Framework
55rp offers wagering on sporting events through a defined set of markets (the Line). A Bet constitutes an agreement between the Client and 55rp to stake funds on a stated event outcome under the terms published on the Line. An Outcome is a distinct result that can determine a Bet’s qualification for a payout. Odds multiply the stake to determine the potential payout, subject to the final settlement according to these Rules.
2. Core Definitions

Bet — an accepted wager by the Client on a market within the Line, in which the Client commits funds as a stake.

Event — the sporting contest or occurrence on which a Bet can be placed.

Market/Outcome — a specific proposition within an Event that may win or lose, such as a team or player to win, or a particular result.

Odds — the multiplier applied to the stake to calculate potential winnings, adjusted as the Line changes or upon settlement.

Live Bet — a Bet placed on an Event while it is in progress, subject to real-time odds and in-play rules.
3. Bet Types and Payouts
55rp supports several Bet structures. All settlements are final upon official verification of results, except as otherwise provided by these Rules.

Single Bet — a wager on a single Event outcome. Payout equals stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.

Accumulator (Multiple) — a Bet spanning multiple independent Events. All selections must win for a payout. The total payout equals the product of the individual odds and the stake.

System Bet — a fixed-size multi-bet system consisting of multiple related combinations. Payouts are calculated for each included Combination and summed; each Combination is settled separately.

Conditional Bet — a sequence of Bets where only the first part pays immediately; subsequent parts are funded from the winnings of the first part. The main part’s result determines the viability of the remaining Bets. Events from the first part cannot be reused in later parts.
4. Line Changes and Price Integrity
55rp reserves the right to modify Odds, handicap values, total lines and other market parameters at any time. Bets placed prior to a change shall retain the original terms, provided the bet was accepted in accordance with the Line in effect at the time of acceptance. Apparent pricing errors or incorrect information may lead to voiding affected Bets. Final settlement reflects the official results and the Line as published at the time of settlement.
5. Bet Acceptance and Validity
Bets are accepted on the basis of the valid Line shown at the date of bet acceptance. Bets may be placed before Event start; Live Bets are accepted only during an Event in progress. Bets placed after Event start but before the official result is known may be void if settlement would be inconsistent with official results. Bets may be disputed or voided within a defined post-event window for unresolved issues.
6. Maximums, Eligibility, and Security
The minimum and maximum stake for each Event and Bet type are determined by 55rp for each Market and may be changed without prior notice. 55rp may restrict usage of accounts or suspend access in cases of suspected irregular Activity or breach of Rules. Bets are placed and settled in accordance with the Client’s registered details; the Client remains responsible for ensuring accurate bet data prior to submission. Automated betting tools may be restricted or blocked.
7. Balances and Bonus Usage
Clients hold two balances: a real balance and a bonus balance. Real funds are used first for Bets; bonus funds may be used only when real funds are exhausted, and winnings from bonus Bets are credited to the bonus balance. When a Bet is funded by a bonus balance, active wagering requirements apply. If a bonus balance is deactivated before settlement, any such Bets may be void. It is prohibited to place Bets on multiple outcomes within the same Market when using a bonus balance, and violations may lead to bonus cancellation and account restrictions.
8. Live Betting Rules
Live Bets are settled based on results as they become officially known. Odds adjust in real time to reflect ongoing play. If an Event is interrupted, Bets may be settled based on the portion of the Event completed or voided, depending on the nature of the interruption and official guidance. Claims for Live Bets must be raised within 24 hours of Event start; if the Event is not completed within 48 hours, unsettled Bets may be settled at odds of 1 or voided, as applicable.
9. Official Results and Settlement
Settlements rely on official results from governing bodies or recognized authorities. If official results are unavailable, 55rp may settle Bets using reliable alternative data sources. Where the Line contains incorrect results or prices, 55rp reserves the right to void or adjust Bets accordingly. Live Bets are settled when outcomes are determined, subject to any post-event adjustments by the official source.
10. Abandoned, Deferred, or Deferred Events
If an Event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a defined window, Bets on affected Markets may be void unless an official result is subsequently declared. If an official winner is declared for the Event, Bets may be settled on that basis; otherwise Bets may be voided with losses allocated as appropriate.
11. Dead Heat and Tie Scenarios
In events where outcomes are tied after regulation time or a specified period, dead heat rules apply unless stated otherwise in the Market. In the case of dead heat, Stakes may be returned or shared in accordance with the Market rules and odds at the time of settlement.
12. Outrights and Special Markets
Outright markets are settled based on the official end-of-competition results, even if the selection did not participate in the Event. If two or more candidates tie for a position, payout may be adjusted to reflect a dead heat outcome and the stake distributed proportionally across tied selections.
13. Fraud, Misuse, and Compliance
55rp reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or breach of these Rules. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage or to bypass bet limits may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of Bets, or other sanctions as permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Sports Betting Rules are governed by the overarching Terms and Conditions of 55rp and applicable governing law. Disputes relating to Bets shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process described in the Terms and Conditions and any applicable regulatory framework.
